Let's become a longing sushi chef at a Sugu experience facility in front of Kyoto Station!
You can experience Nigiri sushi using the fresh fish boasting of Oki Fisheries. For fish, we prepare fresh fish processed at "DELI DAIKISUISAN" on the 1st floor of Kyoto Tower. Sushi craftsmen teach carefully while showing examples, so even beginners, children, and foreigners can participate happily. Experiences include three types of courses: 2,000 yen (8 kan), 2,500 yen (10 kan), and 3,000 yen (12 kan), and will be held five times a day.

Shari placed in a sushi tub and a pre-processed story are prepared, and each process will be explained in an easy-to-understand manner. Just pick up the shari and hold it…It seems like it is very difficult to actually hold it. If you grab the tips of grip through the experience, you may want to be proud of someone.

Be careful not to fall in love with the splendid hand-handedness of the sushi chef shown in front of you. There are also staffs who can speak English, so even foreign tourists can experience the grip while understanding them well. The current Nigiri Sushi experience is mainly "Nigiri Sushi", but in the future, "Kuri Sushi" experience is also planned.

The sushi you hold in the experience is mainly popular menus of Oki Fisheries such as tuna, salmon, and shrimp. If you hold sushi that you usually eat yourself, you will be impressed by the wonderfulness of people called craftsmen. A special experience that wasn't like in Kyoto for memories of your trip. Why don't you visit with your parents and friends?

One experience time is about 1 hour and 20 minutes. The sushi you have is served with red soup. Red soup containing large fish in miso soup with Japanese dashi is the same as that provided at Oki Fisheries on the first basement floor. The taste of sushi that I have gripped by myself is exceptional! Enjoy the experience of Japanese food in Kyoto.
