Recommended workshop in SHICHIJOKANSYUNDO wagashitaikenkyoushitsu (experience)

  • Japanese confectionery made with cherry blossoms as a motif. Spread the pink konashi flat and wraps An Ogura. Make a hollow so that it becomes a petal with your fingers, and if you cut it with a spatula, gradually turn it into a cherry blossom shape. The tool is only a spatula, and molding using hands is the main one, so it can be made relatively easily.

  • "Tea drawstring" made of three colors. The yellow, green and pink leaves are arranged in a circle, stretched and rolled with bean paste. Wrap it with a tea cloth, place your fingers on each color from the top of the tea cloth, and squeeze it at once. The photo is a spring motif, "Spring Urara". There are morning glory and Uguisu depending on the season.

  • Kinton puts a rag shape on An Ogura. The point is to sink the chopsticks in the bean paste and slide them sideways. Finally, add the bean paste that looks like canola flower. It is a process that simply puts kinton at random, but it is necessary to balance the whole. It's also interesting to see the finished product.

  • Created 4 Japanese sweets and 1 dried sweets. One of the finished Japanese sweets will be served with matcha. Take the rest of the Japanese sweets home as a souvenir. Japanese sweets are produced in about 10 minutes each. Experience time is about 1 hour in total. English staff is also stationed, so even foreign tourists can participate with peace of mind.
