Our custom-made raw noodles that are boiled after the order is placed are two types of noodles, medium thick noodles with a sticky texture and ultra fine noodles that can enjoy aldente. There are many different varieties that can not be eaten except inspired by dishes from around the world from classic yakisoba using original sauce. In addition to highballs, Aka (Bakudan), which is indispensable for Kyoto's iron plate flour culture, will be brushed up in Reiwa style! Please enjoy pairing!
