Founded in 1919 at Nishiki Market, we introduce Kyoto's seasonal and stylish in a bar style centered on traditional nishikiuoriki hamo dishes.
Nishikiuoriki, founded in 1919, will appear in KYOTO TOWER SANDO in bulk style. Nishikiuoriki's proud hamo has been loved by locals and tourists for many years at Nishiki Market, the kitchen of Kyoto. Seafood centered on the hamo is served in Amabura, cutlet, and skewers dishes. The hamo is always kept fresh through an annual contract, and the taste is pursued every day with skilled techniques such as the eyes of craftsmen and bone cutting. We will continue to provide the taste that is loved by everyone.
