Yatsuhashi, a dried confectionery resembling a koto, was born in Genroku 2 (1689). Since then, it has been loved by everyone for more than 320 years. Yatsuhashi, which is particular about raw materials because it is simple, is a traditional taste with a grazing scent.   • The traditional "Yatsuhashi" baked in the shape of a Japanese musical instrument. Rice flour and sugar are mixed, flavored with nishiki (the end of katsura peel), and the crisp texture and unique aroma and flavor give the atmosphere of an ancient city.   • Raw Yatsubashi is finished in an elegant taste with rice flour, sugar and nicks. I'm glad that you can enjoy not only the white, smooth and firm texture, but also the matcha taste.
